The training and exercise services offered do not replace diagnosis or treatment by healthcare professionals. In case of injury, pain or a medical condition, training is adapted and, where appropriate, coordinated with the relevant healthcare professional.

This website provides information about LNS Training's personal training, group classes, online coaching, adapted exercise and fitness assessment services, and allows users to contact the owner.
